We got checked as no show and couldn’t get into our room after our plane was 4 hours late. They let us in manually but we could not operate the elevators or anything to get back up. We were told breakfast was available until 10, went down at 9:45 and it was closed. I emailed the hotel when we knew we’d be late.

We spent 4 nights at the beautiful hotel. It was decorated so beautifully for Christmas. Superb and friendly staff. Easy check in process. Beautiful comfortable room. Fantastic full breakfast buffet with made to order omelets. Definitely recommend!

Most everything was great! The hotel is beautiful, clean and well decorated. The room were very comfortable. The housekeeping was not great. All they did was replace some towels. (used bath but not hand towels). The coffee cups and glasses were not replaced. Also drinks and food put on top shelves of the frog got frozen. Breakfast was great except for one thing. There was no gluten free bread or muffins offered. I don’t understand why that is.
