Villa Puntin in its 411m2 can accommodate 14 people in 6 harmoniously decorated bedrooms located on the first floor of the villa and in the Anex apartments on top of the villa, including bathrooms equipped with showers for each room. On the ground floor of the villa there is a fully equipped kitchen and a modernly decorated and sunbathed living room. Exiting the living room, we come to a spacious terrace with a heated swimming pool measuring 4 x 8, an outdoor shower with toilet, an outdoor table and a barbecue. The view from the terrace of the villa is breathtaking and is the perfect place to dine with family or friends. There are 6 sun loungers in disposal to our guests. The villa is completely enclosed, surrounded by trees and nature for a complete experience of privacy and harmony. 3 parking places are also available. This beautiful villa is just undergoing a redesign and will surely impress you in its new look in the coming season.
