I think the hotel looks nicer than it is. Parking is.limited always chaotic in front of the reception, people at rhe front desk dont speak english, breakfast buffet quality was absolutely below expectations, lots of variety but quality was mediocre. AC in the room was a bit slow. Pool and jacuzis ars small and limited I would say. People kept bumping at each other eslecially when they try to to aquatic gym with an intructore with 20 people in that small pool.

Hotel é excelente. Colchão do sofá cama poderia ser mais confortável. O estacionamento é terceirizado e cobrado adicional. Piscina térmica boa e horário de reserva das jacuzzis foram bem respeitados. Ótimo café da manhã.

Não tem como aguentar o calor nos quartos.
Hotel enorme e bonito, mas um dos únicos em Gramado que cobram estacionamento a parte. A fila para o café da manhã chega a 1h40min. (Complicado pq perde parte da manhã na fila) e o café é razoável, tem várias opções de comida, mas nada de muito diferente dos demais hotéis q são mais simples e baratos. O grande problema do hotel é o aquecimento (tem um aparelho no quarto q vc escolhe a temperatura, só q não estava funcionando), foi uma reclamação geral, vários hóspedes reclamando na recepção e nada foi feito, tivemos q dormir com a janela do quarto aberta para aguentar o calor (8° na rua e dentro do quarto não faço idéia, mas era muito quente), porém o barulho era grande. Piscina grande e boa. Higiene ok.
