Hotel is not a luxury hotel at all, as displayed on Expedia.com. It's a time share property with a lot of families with kids. And it's not a resort.

Boa estrutura e atendimento.
Uma estrutura bacana e bem cuidada. Quarto espaçoso e agradável. É muito grande e com muitos hóspedes. Fica menos acolhedor, mas é uma bela opção, especialmente se viajando com crianças.

O primeiro contato foi simplesmente, HORRÍVEL! Estávamos com 2 crianças de colo, acordados desde as 5 de manhã. Chegamos no hotel às 13:55h e o recepcionista simplesmente se recusou a iniciar nosso check-in pois ainda faltava 5 minutos para o início. Faltou empatia e sensibilidade com o cliente. NINCA MAIS me hospedo neste hotel.
