A premium location and property in the heart of a beautiful city. Although there were renovations happening, and this included some construction noise and mess, it was easy to overlook the inconvenience.

Café da manhã gostoso, quarto bom, banheiro grande. Só fiquei um pouco triste (apesar de entender) que toda a parte extra (kids, piscina, sauna) estava fechado por causa do COVID. Acho que deveria funcionar por sistema de reserva, escolhi o hotel por causa dos extras e acabei não usufruindo. Acabou saindo caro sendo que usei só para dormir, se eu soubesse antes, teria escolhido um mais simples

Hotel bem localizado, mas por ser um hotel 4 estrelas, tão conceituado poderia ter a equipe da recepção melhor treinada e mais receptiva, além de melhorias. O quarto precisa de melhorias, e manutenção: travesseiros ruins, tomadas não funcionam, e parte hidráulica com problemas, nossa descarga disparou por várias vezes.

Uma ótima localização e conforto em Gramado
Localização espetacular para Gramado. Tudo fácil acesso, mesmo em momentos muito movimentados. Equipe atenciosa e prestativa. Fiquei na suite renovada que ficou muito agradável. Dois detalhes para melhora: colocar ducha higiênica nos banheiros e água com gás/café expresso no café da manhã. De qq forma, vale muito a pena.
