We propose you to stay in our ancient family farmhouse renovated into a superb 5-star holiday villa, with an exceptional view overlooking the Lomagne hillsides. 15 minutes from Fleurance and Lectoure and 1 hour from Montauban. Spacious and bright, for 14 people, it offers many activities on site: indoor play area for children with TV and Xbox 360, private swimming pool, table football, ping-pong, boules pitch, summer kitchen...
Located in the heart of organic farming plots, this old stone farmhouse has been designed for all generations. Its recent renovation has made it possible to bring together, thanks to its central extension, the former agricultural workshop, which now houses the kitchen and living rooms, and the main house where the bedrooms are grouped together and which now serves as a night space for real comfort. The whole ensemble now forms a single building with 450m2 of interior space.
Adults will appreciate the vast and luminous kitchen equipped with a central island, counter and stools, US fridge (with ice machine), 2 ceramic hobs with 4 burners..., opening directly onto the dining room with its 14 place settings and long central wooden table. The dining room itself opens onto the comfortable living room with sofas and leather chesterfield sofa, TV, fireplace... A perfect place to avoid the heat or to relax with the family by the fireplace during the cold season. This vast living space in 3 parts is separated from the night and children part by a vast and luminous entrance, like a veranda, with a view on the pool.
The night and children's area includes a large play area with table football and table tennis, overlooked by a mezzanine, specially designed for children with games, books, TV, poufs... The bedrooms are distributed in the different areas of this part of the house. 3 double bedrooms with private bathrooms are on the ground floor and 4 double bedrooms sharing a bathroom are on the first floor. All the bedrooms on the first floor and the master suite are equipped with air conditioning.
The house is situated on the outskirts of the small village of Gramont, isolated, overlooking the Gascony fields worked organically all around the house by the owner's cousin and allows all travellers to enjoy the beautiful Gascony sunshine thanks to its landscaped exteriors such as the boulodrome, a swing and the private swimming pool in front of the house (dimensions 9m x 5m) equipped with an immersed beach of 1m wide with a small depth to enjoy the pool even with little ones. The rest of the pool, for older children, offers a constant depth of 1.80m. Surrounded by terraces with sofas, parasols and deckchairs, it is also right next to the summer kitchen with plancha, sink and fridge and the outdoor dining area + outdoor toilet.
