The location was great, and junior suite was nice and spacious. There was no iron, and no ironing board. we wanted to use the sauna but no bathrobes or slippers. Soap and lotion were mixed up in the bottles and all shower products are unsustainable (Dead Sea products only) so we used our own. The wifi did not work in the room, so we had to go down to the lobby. Service in breakfast room was lacking, and all the coffee and tea was self serve, which made it feel like a cafeteria. Leadership should work on customer service skills with Staff. Smile and really engage with enthusiasm. I watched staff miss out on simple customer service skills.
