Room condition is new. But no respect to Expedia members. As VIP access, they didn't provide welcome sparkling wine as described on the website and they charged Eur 25 for parking which Expedia shows EUR 22. The staff has a cool face probably too busy and not willing to do anything.

The staff were delightful, and very helpful. The room was spotless, although the heating was erratic, but never cold. The bed was very comfortable. I had requested twin beds, a week or more before we travelled. This was not forthcoming and we were too tired on arrival to ask to change rooms.

I truly had a great stay here from the moment I walked in. The front staff was amazing with checking in, very friendly and accommodating and good at giving recommendations and things to do around the city. also a plus that they had a gym on site along with a sauna and steam room, that i used during my stay. Great location as well very close to all the main things to see and walking distance.

Two items kept this from being a 5-star review: 1. The hotel was oddly stingy with towels. Even a solo traveler like me prefers to have 2 bath towels in the room on all nights. 2. The hotel lacked a lobby bar when it has a wonderful atrium area to feature. I think that would be a wise addition.

The hotel is close to perfect; Ideally located. Professional staff. Modern and clean. Quiet and 'under-stated' Elegant Respecful of environment, culture and history; there is even a sort of museum on anthropology incorporated in the hotel lobby good and inexpensive breakfast In short: a wonderful and restful stay. Comfortable, spacious room. Great location, walking distance from the Arabic quarter, about 10-15 min drive (30-40 min uphill walk) to the Alhambra/Nusrid palace. BTW, be sure to book Alhambra/Nusrid palace tickets months in advance.

The location was great, and junior suite was nice and spacious. There was no iron, and no ironing board. we wanted to use the sauna but no bathrobes or slippers. Soap and lotion were mixed up in the bottles and all shower products are unsustainable (Dead Sea products only) so we used our own. The wifi did not work in the room, so we had to go down to the lobby. Service in breakfast room was lacking, and all the coffee and tea was self serve, which made it feel like a cafeteria. Leadership should work on customer service skills with Staff. Smile and really engage with enthusiasm. I watched staff miss out on simple customer service skills.
