I wish they could send an access code earlier instead of waiting until 3PM. We had data problem in Granada and had to run to the nearest WiFi to check for access code.

Location great, but

Perfect location Hard to know how to get to it since the building next door burnt, once you figure it out it’s a beautiful tiny street. The amenities are not the best, beds are so uncomfortable, no pool so very hard to keep cool and enjoy outdoors at the same time and no dishwasher. We had trouble with our second reservation and the customer service was not helpful.

The entrance code is not working , just open the building door and use the room activation. You have to turn on the shower water Hot slowly, I got burn couple times when I turned it wide and didnt pay attention, feel like boiling in 5s. The shower head holder is broken. Over all , it is good place with good price, need some maintenance. Last thing , The walking distance to alhambra( the gate of justice)is about 15mins , not 2mins as website described

Loved our stay, some annoyances.

Great location with quick access to the Albacin. You'll need to walk your bags over the cobblestone path, and the nearest parking is about 500 meters away. Communication was easy through whatsapp and the check-in (including early check-in) was even easier. Rooms were big and comfortable for our family and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for more space. That said, there were three cons/annoyances: - we could not get hot water in the shower for our first two days, and was weak when it finally started to work. - there isn't onsite staff and they only come on certain days/times. So if you run out of TP, you'll need to go out and buy some. - Parking -- the property has a deal with a parking lot for cheaper rates, but they DO NOT promote this. The website tells you where all the nearby options are, but when you get to the property, there's a QR code referencing parking. SCAN THE CODE -- that's the only way you'll find out about the cheaper parking (which is about half the price of what you'll pay elsewhere). I don't know why they don't mention this on the website or during check-in, but keep an eye out for the QR code when you arrive. Despite those annoyances, we still loved our stay and would come back.

Access to the apartment is difficult with luggage

Closest access to the apartment is closed due to construction which itself is a Herculean task to reach with luggae. If you are traveling with family and more luggage, it will be nightmare to access the apartment. The taxi drops you way behind, you will have to drag the heavy luggage on steep curve and stairs on rocky floors in scorching heat. If you love your life, do not book this apartment. Shower room is glass sliding door does not close completely, if you take shower, water will be all over. Not a nice stay.

Location to Alhambra was great. Apartment was spacious. Furniture and beds were uncomfortable and showed wear and tear. Apartment had interior stairwell that was noisy, and there must have been a commercial laundry that was somewhere below because there was the constant sound of machines cycling on and off all day and night and the smell of detergent and fabric softener was overpowering and not pleasant. Also the main door to the complex did not lock properly. The dryer was filled with water and wet rotting bedding.

Wonderful place! But vital information under "property details" needs to be repeated in the confirmation email - especially about driving & parking which is a nightmare given the old, narrow & crowded streets. (There is parking downhill & buses - all of which should be noted in the confirmation). Enjoy!

Prime location! Horrible bed!

Location: prime! In center of Granada, just below Alhambra, 2 minutes walk to gate of Alhambra! Place itself is very nice. Bed was the worst thing i have slept on! I had better sleep on the floor and airport benches! We didnt get any sleep because of it.
