Property is accessible directly from the street, with plenty of parking. You can park under the car port, and then there is a separate two space lot for guest parking.
All guests over the age of 18 must sign a waiver for use of the pickleball court, which will be available at the house at check in, and the parents or legal guardians of anyone under 18 must sign for them. The waiver will be sent in a docusign after booking the reservation to the guest making the reservation.
If something in the house breaks or is not working, please let us know as quickly as possible so we can replace it for you.
