Enjoy breakfast overlooking Sunrise Cove, warm yourself by the fire pit or grab the kayaks and paddle on the smooth water of the cove. The steamy, sparkling clean and oversized hot tub is great after a long day of nearby site seeing, kayaking or shopping! The Hideout on Lake Granbury is just minutes to Historic Granbury. Ideally suited for up to 6 adults or for groups of 8 with children.

The Hideout on Lake Granbury is a 1400 sq foot cabin with everything you need to enjoy your vacation:
*Main bedroom ➟ King bed with private bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. 55" Smart Roku TV
*Front bedroom ➟Queen bed. 40" Smart Roku TV. Dresser, fold away twin bed (up to 160 lbs) and Pack n Play in the closet
*Back bedroom ➟ Queen bed plus dresser and games in the closet and a fold away twin bed (up to 160 lbs)
*Hall bathroom with shower & tub.
*Living area ➟ Large leather sofa and chair; 65" Smart TV, foosball
*Kitchen ➟Stainless appliances: refrigerator (no ice maker), stove, microwave, dishwasher. Keurig Duo with pods, coffee mate, variety of tea and sugars. Basic spices, cooking oil, flatware, grilling utensils, pots, pans, casserole dishes, mixing bowls, dinnerware. Dish soap and dishwasher detergent provided
*Dining table with 6 chairs (4 around table, extra 2 in bedrooms) Island counter with two cushioned stools.
*Deck ➟ Seating and dining table on deck. ➟ Gas Grill just off deck
*Hot Tub ➟Large, sparkling clean hot tub just off of deck cleaned and sanitized before each guests arrival
*Fire Pit with ➟6 colorful Adirondack chairs
*Waterfront ➟ Kayak platform with cleats (tie ups) if you bring your boat.
*Kayaks, paddles and life vests provided (sizes not guaranteed)
*Full sized washer and dryer. ➟Detergent provided.

Note: We use 100% cotton sheets only. All our mattresses and pillows have encasements/protectors on them for your comfort and protection.

**Up to 8 guests ages 24 months and over. Children under 24 months do not count in the total but please let us know how many, if any, there will be. Ideally suited for a max of 6 adults as fold away beds have a weight limit.

**Room in driveway for boat trailer.

**New water filtration and water softener system.

*Granbury Quiet hours: 10:00 pm - 8:00 am Sunday nights & weekdays and 11:00 pm - 8:00 am Friday and Saturday (into Sunday). You may still enjoy the hot tub and the deck but please keep music and noise to a minimum during these hours as the noise can really echo around the lake. Please no gatherings in front of home during these hours.
*Backyard is huge so this should not be an issue!

Other things to note:

*If you have a boat you can tie it up to provided cleats on the kayak launch platform as long as you have fenders. Water may be shallow certain times of the year. Please check online for Lake Granbury information regarding water levels.

*Always check if a burn ban is in effect in Hood Co. before using fire pit. When it is dry and hot the ban is usually in effect. Guests can bring their own bundles of wood or pick them up locally. Use of the fire pit is not guaranteed (not our rules, but Hood Co. fire ban rules).

*We have 3 Smart Roku streaming TV's. We have free Hulu & Roku and basic cable for our guests. Please bring your Netflix, AppleTV, Prime and Cable TV log ins.

*Cleaning fee of $95 is 1/2 our cleaning fee (shown as Host Fee at booking). Service fee is the Vrbo fee not charged by or paid to the host.

Guests will receive a pre-access message regarding fire pit safety. It is required that the guest read and confirm they have read it prior to receiving access information to the home.

Guests will be asked for ID. No exceptions. Please complete your profile with phone, email, ID, address (city and state) and photo. Thank you.
