Nestled in a four-season resort, your condo is part of the recently developed Reserve at Ten Mile Creek at Ski Granby Ranch. Enjoy ski and bike trails, an 18-hole golf course, and fishing. Fantastic community amenities include a pool, hot tubs, and a gym.
At home, high ceilings and hardwood floors create a warm vibe throughout your modern-chic retreat. Kick back on your private covered patio and take in sweeping views of the serene surroundings.

A sofa and armchair offer seating around the gas fireplace in the living area. Get cozy and stream a film on the smart TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare hearty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops and a full suite of appliances. Handy extras include a toaster, coffee maker, and blender.

BED & BATH
This well-appointed condo sleeps six guests in two suites.
Comfort awaits in the primary suite, which features a king bed and smart TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower (which can also be accessed via the foyer).
In the second suite, find a full-over-full bunk bed, direct patio access, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The private furnished patio offers beautiful views of the rolling hills and the nearby bike trails. Kick back and admire the vistas while dinner sizzles on the gas grill. As evening falls, gather around the shared wood-burning firepit, or take a dip in the community hot tubs.
Additional amenities in the Granby Ranch community include a pool, hot tub, and gym -- which can all be accessed for a daily fee of $10/per person.

This single-story condo is located on the ground floor. The property is not equipped with air-conditioning; ceiling fans throughout create a pleasant breeze.
LOCATION
Located off Highway 40, your retreat is 2 miles to excellent cross-country skiing and mountain biking at Granby Ranch. A nearby City Market is within a 3-minute drive, making it easy to stock up on groceries.
Grand Lake, the Kawuneeche Visitor Center at Rocky Mountain National Park, and Winter Park are all within a 25-minute drive.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
