This is a typical Ticinese house built in the 1900's with 4 floors. At the entrance there is a living room with two large original vintage sofas, TV LED 55 "and thermo fireplace, the dining room and the kitchen.
On the first floor there is a large bathroom with bathtub and an additional bathroom.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms while on the attic floor there is a large and comfortable open space with air conditioning, two sofa beds, another LED TV 55 "and a wide play and relax area for children and adults.
The attic also offers a spectacular view of the Golden Hill on one side and the picturesque village square on the other.
Grancia is a Swiss municipality in the canton of Ticino, south of Lugano in Pian Scairolo. Grancia is a beautiful village where the flavor of the past is still alive and it will surely conquer you and your heart!
Using a car to move around is definitely the best, however, at only 5 minutes walk, there is a bus stop. The bus runs every 20 minutes and will allow you to easily reach Lugano Railway Station and the city center.
In order to get to Grancia you need to exit the A2 highway at Lugano Sud and then follow the signs for Figino. When you find IKEA on the right, at the traffic light, turn left into the underpass and continue straight ahead, 1 minute later, on the left, you will find the village.
On the right side of the village entrance, you will find free public parking at your disposal. By entering the pedestrian area, you will need to pass the church and the square with the fountain, then you find yourself in "Piazza della Fontata" where the house is located. You can get to the front door by car for luggage loading / unloading and then park at the free public parking spaces.
