the room was new, beds where nice, close to NAU. Room heater was cycling all night when we turned it down for sleeping and "knocking" with every repeated and constant cycle. I hoped that the front desk would of offered some compensation or credit towards another stay. Instead offered that we should of let them know and we could of moved rooms in the middle of the night. I think they missed the point....I was kind and stated about verbatum as I did above...

Hotel looks nothing like the photos. Very run down and you can hear everything through the floors, doors and window. Also, you can barely fit in the bath room.

This hotel was like if you ordered one from Temu. The walls are made of cardboard. You can hear everything in every direction. We reserved for two nights but left early because no way was I staying there more than one night

We are very disappointed with our stay. When booking this hotel, it was clearly stated that breakfast was included, and this was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. However, upon arrival, we found out that there was no breakfast at all. If we had known that breakfast was not provided, we would never have booked this hotel. This was misleading and did not match the information shown during the booking process. Unfortunately, this significantly affected our experience and overall impression of the hotel.

We reserve for a double queen bed and when we arrive it was a single bed, call Expedia just offer to cancel the reservation. Besides one day I ask to make the room and she said yes, when we arrive the room was not clean, really upset with this 2 things that happened.

We had very comfortable stay during our visit. Hotel Staff is very helpful. Rooms are very clean and beds are really comfortable. Best location to stay if you are visiting Sedona.
