Every room has its own unique look. Its own story that goes with each room. Lots of history, love this hotel. We stay every chance we get.

We loved it! As long as you go in expecting an old hotel not fancy and has the basics then you’re ok. Things were clean, we stayed in the Bob Hope suite and had 2 rooms and it was an unexpected delight! It’s not quiet since the bar is right below but that is to be expected. Overall we had a great time. It was nice to be able to walk all over downtown. Parking is not the best and I’d suggest if you get a spot with the hotel free parking keep your car there and walk as many places as possible so you don’t lose it.

Parking was awful. Ine wat streets and blocked off. Not much help from front desk with directions. Carpet was dirtt and has crumbs under the table
In the heart of old town Flagstaff! Great for walking the downtown district and shops. Unfortunately, on a very busy corner with a traffic light. Noisy thru the night until the early morning, along with the continual sounds of train traffic a couple of blocks over. No breakfast offered, only a couple of coffee decanters at the front desk.

I know this is an older hotel and I appreciate that. However, there has to be a way to get a little more water pressure to the shower. Light drizzle at best.
It’s an old Hotel, but it was relatively clean. Pretty noisy outside on Saturday night. Small parking lot was full when we arrived on Saturday, but we got lucky and a spot opened up. Plenty of parking on Sunday.
Was a poor choice. Was the worst place on our 15 day trip. Shower was too small, no ventilation, furniture was old and creepy. Reception was unfriendly and unhelpful. Greasy chairs. Probably not my choice of welfare hotel if i were on welfare or homeless
Second stay in this wonderful historic gem! Bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The closet and bathroom were very tiny, but that’s because it is an early century historic hotel. The hotel has 2 fabulous bars with live music on weekends in one of them. The location can’t be beat… very walkable and close to nice eateries and boutiques. The only negative comment I have is that the parking for this hotel is very limited. If their parking lot is full, you have to park in the street and pay the meter for hours parked bewteen 9 AM to 8 PM.
The building has a lot of history and the location was great, but it was very dated, dirty and most of the staff was rude and unhelpful. Saw stains and hairs that were not ours on the beds. Would not stay here again. Kelly at the Rendevous bar was great though. Best drinks I've had in a while.
The place is not well kept. Old brown carpet in the room 222. Hated to think how long it’s been in there. Yuck! The toilet shower room was extremely small.
Wifi didn't work and the front desk said we were lying until we showed them a video of it. They then said they couldn't fix it. We had work to do so had to leave and find another hotel last minute. Called next day asking for a refund and the manager said they never give refunds no matter what happens and that my only option was to take them to court.
