All the Space You Need in a Room Plus More...
My day of stay was fairly hot. It of course is a dry heat. The suite I stayed in was very spacious and I enjoyed the extra room. I believe the room could use more electrical outlets. The drainage system and water pressure was poor. The visit was still nice though.

The property was clean and the rooms were spacious. I do not know if there was a pool or game room facilities as I was never advised by the front desk staff regarding any amenities on the property. I was thrown off a little about the parking fee. $14 is not the biggest deal but we were in Grand Junction, not Las Vegas. I have never experienced a parking fee charge for an asphalt parking lot directly outside the hotel which provides no gated entry or visible security measures.

It was older than expected and had a strong smell on entry and in hallways. Hotel allows pets so I think it is related to that. Drink in bar had zero carbonation and service poor. Atmosphere quaint in lobby and bar about nothing special about the rooms. Decently clean and no smell in room.

I bought a breakfast ticket and overslept past (beds are really comfortable) I was hoping to use it another night I’m in town thinking they would be ok with that because it guarantees that I would come back to this hotel but the front desk replied No I can throw that out for you though. So there goes $14 in the trash. Also parking is $14 so be prepared for that as well

Very nice hotel. Only downfall was there were hardly any electrical outlets in the main bedroom. I could not use my C pap machine. Made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.

When I arrived to check in I was told that the cost of the room would be 212.00 not the 85.00 plus tax. When I questioned this I was told that they charge 14.00 for parking in there lot and they require an additional 150.00 deposit. No one of this was mentioned in the room information on line. I objected to this cost, there was not a parking spot to be had. We parked on the street. That cost was taken off of our bill. But when we checked out I saw that they charged 95.00 for the room not the 85.00. By this time I was very frustrated. and just left. I would not stay there again.

The hotel felt very "vintage." What once was an special updated hotel, is now just out dated and old. Smoking is not allowed, but it has that stale smelling air still around. Gaps in doors, a stairwell that's all concrete. Electrical panels all along the first floor stairwell - with rolling flooring making you feel sea sick as you walk along. Small tv for the large suite sized room. Wifi that was iffy in our room, and couldn't connect consistently. Just very out dated hotel. Not to mention charging us for parking in the hotel parking lot, which didn't even get full through the evening.
