Customer service goes above a beyond to make the stay memorable. The pool area is so much fun as we were visiting our grandchildren. The breakfast has a great fresh variety and the best waffles in all of Grand Prairie. The rooms spacious, super comfortable beds, and sound proof for a comfortable restful sleep. This is our go to hotel when visiting Grand Prairie Alberta. Thank you.

The hotel was lovely, staff was kind and helpful they even lent me a lint roller when I forgot my own haha. Check in was easy and very straight forward. The hotel overall was very clean, modern and well decorated. The room we booked was large and the bathroom was enormous in comparison to other hotels I've visited.

Liked the shower. This property was way over priced, no resteraunt, no information in rooms, Very small t.v., the shop was to expensive (over priced). No snack machines on any of the floors,.The pool wasnt available and neirher was the spa. $200 deposit (ridiculous)! $470.00 not worth the price. I will not recommend ANY OF MY FRIENDS TO THIS PLACE AND I ONLY GIVE THEM A 1 STAR RATING! What a waist of money.

A very nice hotel, but unfortunately does not have a restaurant attached, hence why I didn’t give 5 star. You can order through Uber eats, but you’re paying the extra fee. Very convenient location to the airport. Only seven minutes away.

The pool and the hot tub was closed. While I can appreciate factors can be outside the control of the hotel, and I was advised of the ability to cancel without cost, on short order the reality of finding another suitable hotel for my family with two young kids is unrealistic. It would have been nice if there was even some simple token of recognition (free movie rental, complimentary snacks, etc.) that could have eased the disappointment of my kids and the original reason I had booked at this hotel.
