The reason I boked a room at this hotel was because they had the shuttle to the casino. In my group we booked a total of 3 rooms. The other rooms were booked differently. Taking the shuttle to the casino was difficult. The step-up to the van was very high and there was not a step stool available. This was very difficult on my knee. Coming back from the casino to the hotel, we were not able to connect to the front desk. The phone kept looping back. No one answered and we could not leave a message. We had to take Ubers back to the hotel. Although the hotel compensated us for the Ubers, this was still very inconvenient.

Staff was super friendly when checking us in and when leaving. Loved the shuttle to Mohegan Sun just wish maybe there were a couple of them so we didn’t have to wait so long. Hotel is very clean. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. I was like sleeping on a cloud !! definitely will be back.

I've had better stays here.
The room itself was very clean and a very spacious! Our check in was unorganized and despite checking in at 5:00pm, our room had not been cleaned, so we had to wait while several other people checked in and went straight to their rooms. While our room was clean, the elevator lobbies looked like they were getting remodeled/ worked on in a half assed manner. When we told the person at the front desk that our room fridge wasn't working, they basically said "That's all we have" - not really a great answer or attitude.
