Located within walking distance of beautiful downtown Clear Lake. This lakehouse sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms. 2 bunk beds (4 twins), 2 queens, and 1 king in the master bedroom. 2 full and 1 half bath fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, fireplace, large deck with two picnic tables, and both charcoal and propane grills. Also, a balcony is accessed by both main bedrooms on the upper floor overlooking the canal and the wildlife marsh. Dogs (4 MAX). No cats allowed. The garage and shed will be locked. No guaranteed dock space is available (first come first serve for the subdivision).
The community has a 5 MPH speed limit that is vigilantly monitored. Please slow down... observe the posted speed limit... relax and enjoy the tranquility!
Cameras are located only on the exterior of the house. They are used for security when the house is vacant and as a notification that guests have checked in.
This house is located within riding distance to Ogemaw ORV trails, Frank Alley Snowmobile Park, and Ogemaw Sport & Trail Center. The county allows for ORVs to be ridden on the shoulder of the roads so no need to trailer once you arrive. Room for parking large trailers on a lot located 100 yards from the house.
The lake is a beautiful crystal clear all-sports lake with a sandy bottom, over 200 acres, and several islands with surrounding sandbars, great for water skiing, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, and fishing. Boat rentals are available at the Clear Lake Resort. A public launch and beach are located within walking distance from the house, right next to the bar and party store.
Wake up and head to the Side Door Restaurant for breakfast. The Clear Lake Party Store has all the conveniences you will need to fill your weekend. For lunch and dinner or late-night fun head to the Clear Lake Bar for a warm atmosphere and great food.
There are several golf courses within driving distance. Local courses include: The Dream, The Nightmare, West Branch Country Club, and Forest Dunes annually ranked in the top 25 nationally by all the major golf publications.
Thousands of acres of state land for hunting or exploring. Dedicated cross-country skiing, hiking, and mountain biking trails at Ogemaw Hills Pathways and Cross-Country Ski Headquarters.
The Ogemaw Nature Park is a free admission non-profit that provides an opportunity to hand feed a herd of Whitetail Deer along with other native animals.
This house is a wonderful place to bring the whole family or get a weekend away relaxing and enjoying what the clear lake area has to offer.

The exterior cameras are used to verify that the number of guests is not over the max and for the presence and number of animals. After that, they will remain off unless I receive a complaint from a neighbor that requires me to verify that complaint. This policy was unfortunately created due to the gross misuse of this property by some previous renters.
No tents are allowed on the property.
Parking is limited with 2 spaces in the driveway and 2 spaces along the road/treeline of Cedar St. Additional parking for trailers is permitted on property located on Oak Trail 1, across the street. No parking vehicles or trailers on the grass.
Smoking in the house will be a $500 fine for deep cleaning. (Determined by cleaning team) The number of guests/pets you specify may be verified in person. Any additional guest is a $100/day fine.
