Located on a 13-acre estate with mature olive trees, native bush, and open farmland, the room is one of three private rooms on the property. The room itself is spacious and comfortable, with a Queen-sized bed, a cozy seating area, and tea and coffee-making facilities. A fridge is provided for your convenience, and the room is equipped with basic cooking essentials, including utensils, cutlery, a single burner hob, and access to two large BBQs on the seaview side of the estate. The room is furnished in a simple, relaxed style, and opens onto a private courtyard for quiet mornings, as well as a seaview balcony where you can enjoy stunning sunsets.

For adventurous travelers, Great Barrier Island is a haven for outdoor activities. Some of New Zealand’s best fishing, surfing, diving, and hiking can be found just a short drive from the property. Please note that the driveway leading to the estate requires a 4x4 vehicle. The journey adds to the sense of adventure, with the driveway meandering through native bush and crossing over a stream before rising up the hillside to the privacy of the estate. Once you arrive, you’ll feel completely secluded, surrounded by nature, yet still close enough to local attractions and activities.
