Victoria's Island House -

Victoria’s Island House is a popular rental with a lot of great reviews! It is located just a short 3 minute walk away from two of the most beautiful beaches in the Bahamas. On one side of the house is the Atlantic Ocean and on the other side is Coco Bay. Each beach has its own special characteristics.

The Atlantic Beach stretches for miles in each direction and there are no crowds. The Atlantic Beach also has coral reefs just off shore for snorkeling and lobster hunting in season. Coco Bay Beach offers a palm tree lined beach that is usually calm and out of the wind.

There is a public dock right around the corner from the Green Turtle Club and Brendal’s Dive Shop which is less then 3 minutes away by golf cart and about 10 minutes away if walking. You can keep your rental boat there. Munjack Cay is only five miles to the North, Treasure Cay Beach is only eight miles Southwest if island hopping is a part of your plans. Just South of Green Turtle is No Name cay it has a new bar with pool and the beach has a number of pigs that love to be feed. Brendal and several others provide trips to No Name Cay during the week.

Our property manager will meet you at your arrival (by ferry) and take you to our home for a showing of the property. She also will assist you in renting a boat or golf cart, arranging for scuba diving excursions, fishing trips, etc. (Please try to set these before your arrival as space is limited)

Victoria’s Island House is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house that can sleep up to six people comfortably. The house’s interior has high vaulted ceilings with its walls, ceilings & beams finished all in cypress lumber. The newly remodeled kitchen has all wood cabinets and granite counter tops.

There are three bedrooms with queen beds.

Victoria’s Beach House offers many amenities including central air; ceiling fans; a 65" Smart TV in the living room; and internet and WIFI service for your laptop. The kitchen offers a dishwasher; electric stove; coffee maker; toaster; and other features.

There is a deck that runs along the entire house and it has a porch area out back with a large stainless steel grill and table and chairs for outside dining. This house boasts ocean views from three sides!

Green Turtle Cay is a small island located just east of the mainland of Abaco in The Bahamas. The quaint community of New Plymouth is found here on this tiny cay. Here one can find a hundred things to do, or nothing at all.

Many consider Green Turtle Cay to be a little slice of heaven. It is populated by about 500 friendly, year-round residents who welcome visitors with open arms. The Caribbean atmosphere is punctuated by sandy beaches, sunny skies and clear blue seas. A virtual tropical paradise!!!

**Treasure Cay (TCB) airport is the closest Marsh Harbor (MHH) is a 35 minute taxi ride from the ferry landing**

Excellent place for enjoying all the island has to offer. Well appointed and spacious, with windows everywhere. Loved it! Only glitch was info on VRBO for check in was dated, so Mary at the golf cart rental knew to call Margaret for us. Margaret did not expect us, so there was some communication issue, but she arrived quickly and got us situated. She did a great job. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

perfect home for me and my friends. Large kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry plus the little single bed in the den? area worked perfectly for our single guy. We really enjoyed the openess and easy access to everything. The check in the best I've ever had. Our manager met us at the ferry and got us to our house! She made sure we had everything and answered all our many questions. Perfect house!

Great Location and Charming Island House!
We’ve been visiting this island for more than 20 years, and this house is in a great location… convenient (just a few minutes walk) to ocean beach, bay beach, and public dockage. Caretakers, Ken and Margaret, were very helpful before arrival and during our stay. The house offers great space… inside and out… with a wonderful outdoor deck and a fully equipped kitchen. While there was an electrical issue during our stay, Ken and Margaret were diligent to see that it was resolved as quickly as possible and communicated every step of the way. This really felt like a home away from home, and we fully intend to return year after year!

A Great Spot in Paradise
Cute house steps from Ocean Beach. Convenient to Coco Bay, Green Turtle Club and Bluff House. A golf cart ride to New Plymouth. Large deck with gas grill and airy indoor living space. All necessary appliances, comfortable beds and cool AC. Generator for back up power. Very clean. Great communication with the host and wonderful on-island property manager. Very responsive, easy check-in including pick up at ferry dock less than a mile from the house. A perfect stay in paradise.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would definitely go back. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of four. We also traveled with another family (who stayed at a different location) and our house was large enough to host everyone, make dinners and lounge on the deck. It was a great experience!

Green Turtle Cay is amazing!
I’ve been coming to this island for many years, it’s just wonderful. The house and location were really nice, the property managers Ken & Margaret were the best! He even helped us with getting a rental car. The bathrooms were small and could be updated but it was fine. Our only issue was that the central air totally crashed for the second week of our stay. Ken & Margaret brought in window units for two bedrooms, so sleeping was comfortable. The rest of the house was 84 degrees or higher for 6 days! So we just stayed away until bedtime! It’s the Bahamas, so we just altered our plans during daytime. The owner did offer some compensation which we appreciate.
