Comfortable and clean but smoky!
The staff is friendly and flexible - the rooms are clean and are fairly updated however it's clear that people are smoking in the rooms as the halls and common spaces do have a permanent smoky smell. When we pulled up, two of the doorways had people smoking right outside of the door, so you had to walk through smoke to get inside. When I mentioned it to the staff, they commented that they were aware that it happens but they just don't have enough staff to monitor it. To their credit, they do have a smoking area on the opposite side of the parking lot with a picnic table and an outdoor ashtray so they are trying to accommodate smokers and pull them away from the building to accommodate the non-smokers but the clientele is not following suit.
