The staff at the front desk were all very helpful. We had a few issues with the room but never said anything because it was full, and we knew we wouldn't get a new room. The shower head and towel rack had a lot of rust on them. We had NO cold water in the sink. The bathroom and room smelt very musty and there was never a bartender so we couldnt get a drink at night

The good and not so good
The hotel is nice. The room very confortable with a little living room. The sofa converts to a bed. I like it because I could watch TV or read without laying down on the bed. The only things I did not like. The coffee maker did not work. I called twice & requested a replacement. Never got it. I went to service desk and request the coffee maker. I was given another one, but the part to put the coffee was missing. I gave up on the coffee maker. The other thing is breakfast. It's good, but 6-9am is not enough time for the the amount of people at the same time having breakfast. You don't have enough tables. We had to wait in a corner for a table. Then to much people for a small breakfast area. Only 1 toaster and slow. The kitchen personnel could barely walk between the people with a cart to restock coffee, bread, etc. We had to wait also for eggs, etc. to be restocked.

No air conditioning in lobby and dining area. I bought a beverage at the bar and they did not have change . Waited for a bartender at least 10 minutes to arrive- I am assuming they had additional duties and could not cover the bar. Hotel room floor had a pile of dirt on the tile floor. Bathroom shower/tub had mold . No garbage pail in the vanity and bathroom area. Bathroom toilet leaked all night long. I reported it to the front desk. Outside was unkept. Bushes needed trimming and grass had not been mowed. We are reward members and I have always had a good experience at other Hyatt sites. Corporate needs to make a visit to this hotel!

The family and were in town for NCAT's New Student Orientation. Check-in and check out were a breeze. Breakfast was sufficient and filling. Location was within 10mins of eateries and stores. Would stay here again.

Im not happy with expedia I thought l was getting a discount with Expedia but come to find out I would of got a lot better deal calling the hotel directly they said they would of just charge me for the room not for each person.

Too much noise, hard to sleep
The soundproofing of the room was so bad that all night long I could hear the high decibel noise of cars on the highway outside and could not sleep at all, it was horrible! The air conditioner was also exceptionally loud.
