Room was not cleaned properly. The plugs were off from the lamps. The rooms was extremely dark. Bathroom sink is always cloghed and dirty. The breakfast is horrible, powered water down eggs, cold biscuits and aweful sussage. Same everday. The breakfast area is always out of something, be it utensils or cups, you have always go find someone to ask them to refill. Most times they are in the kitchen on their phones. Overall the place has no proper management. The one lady at the feont desk, older mature lady is extremely rude, in her own world, I would say good morning on my way out and she would never even look in my direction.

OVERALL STAY WAS GREAT ESPECIALLY WITH MIA AND MY APOLOGIES TO THE MANAGER. HOTEL IS NOT ADA FRIENDLY. OUR TRIP WITH GRANNY MADE IT A LITTLE CHALLENGING BECAUSE THE HOTEL HAD NOTHING TO ACCOMODATE AND THAT WAS THE ONLY DOWNFALL BUT WE DID FIGURE IT OUT THANKS TO DOVES MEDICAL SUPPLY FOR WHEELCHAIR RENTAL.

This hotel was actually quite great for the price and the location. Outside is a couple of rundown motels and its not the best location. But the staff and the hotel itself are amazing. The front desk staff always greet you upon entry and they never once made me feel unsafe or like I was bothering them. They were always so nice. My room was clean and everything was to my liking. Housekeeping wasnt invasive but you could ask for them to come more than once a day. Breakfast was included and they had coffee. Just an overall great experience. Truly recommend staying here for a cheaper get away/staycation. Lots of food options around and the mall is across the street as well.
