This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stay at. There was disgusting stuff all over the walls including toothpaste and hair in the bathrooms. Crumbs that could equal a whole meal in the chairs in the dining area of the suite. Stains all over the carpet and furniture. The water barely came out of the shower. Towels were frayed with holes. Stains on the bedspread. Tiny flat pillows. I have seen cleaner motel 6s!! It was horrible. Will 100% never stay here again!

I had to request a room transfer, the first room was not thoroughly cleaned, the other bed had bloodstained sheets, the previous guest's used socks was bundled in the corner of the bed, toilet paper was not replenished. Very disappointed, not at par with the Hilton brand.

The first night we were in a room where tge AC sounded like a train. They were kind enough to store our luggage and transport it to another room where the AC unit was not noticeable. We even received a complimentary entree from the manager. We did not need theventree but the care we received we will definitely return.

My hotel room was very dirty. Bugs had boogers on the curtains. Had dead bugs on the window carpet with moldy shower was moldy. Shower heads were falling apart. We had to ask to switch rooms for embassy suites and paying that amount of money. I'm very disappointed
