Stuff in room was broke, no ice at all in machines. If i wanted ice i was told to come from my room down to restaurant to get it myself. I waited for 45 minutes waiting on a luggage carrier, staff was suppose to come with 1 so i didn't have to leave my disabled granddaughter by herself, never came i had to leave her by herself to go find 1 on my own or i would of had to wait all night out front. People were smoking that wacky weed in rooms and staff knew it because i was saying something about the smell that was coming from outside a room and staff just looked at me and kept going, i couldn't bring my granddaughter in certain areas due to the smell of that stuff. Staff in restaurant were very nice though. We couldn't connect to internet the whole stay and neither could some others we spoke with. My family has stayed there before and we liked it but certainly it went down hill in the last 2 or 3 years. For what we paid just wasn't happy at all. Its sad because we were so excited to come back until we were there from the very beginning. Im not sure if we will be staying at that hotel again, and i always stay in these hotels. But that 1 wasn't nice anymore. After being there for 3 days we asked house keeping to service our room so we could have clean sheets ,towels, etc. and we were told that we had to wait because they had to clean all the rooms before new guests came to check in. I feel we didn't bother when no one came to our room to clean for 3 days we shouldn't have to wait
