We stayed at the hotel for eight nights the first week of June. The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area with easy access to multiple restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel is open for lunch and dinner most days. We used it once and the food was good. Breakfast is included all mornings and was very good, with a very large selection of food. We ate so much during breakfast that we usually didn't need lunch.
The hotel was very quiet and the windows, when closed, eliminated most noise from the outside. The staff were always friendly. The only negatives were that the rooms are relatively small and it got warm inside the room. We had the windows open most of the time and that cooled the room, but you then got the sound from the birds singing at 2-3am in the morning. The high temperatures outside during our stay were between 70 to 75 degrees. If it gets warmer, you should probably try to avoid rooms on the southwest side, which gets most of the sun. The street side gets less sun.
The parking was limited and the spaces were small. If no space was available you had to park on the street which had a parking fee between 8am to 7pm. We had to park on the street one night, but were then able to park in the hotel lot at 8am when a lot of guests had left.
Overall we had a very nice stay.
