The property needs to be updated, especially the bathroom. At times the water was cold or scorching hot. There were ants all around the bathroom sink and the wall that had the towels hanging. A call was made to request spray, that occurred. Once we returned the spray smell was still in the room hours later. We kept the balcony door open to air out. Overall the staff was very pleasant.

Nice property for the money, strongly suggest you pay the extra and stay at the Bay Garden hotel across the lot.....the Bay Garden Inn has NO restaurant, NO bar and you have to go next door to even get a pool towel. Otherwise, it was ok.
