Nice building, big departments, very low maintenance, super dirty, floor and shower with lots of hairs, toilet paper, soap and shampoo very low quality, no cable, minimum internet. Linens poor quality. Should not be called a hotel.

Great place, Juan Pablo is the best…
It was an amazing experience. Juan Pablo at the front desk was super hospitable and nice. Please add instructions on how to get to the front desk. We spent 15 walking over because we went to the wing towers.

Nice place to stay, needs to pay attention to maintenance, ac wasn't working, bed lining and towels very used, doors rubbing floor, it would be an excellent option if they take care of details.

Excellent high-end property so conveniently located near all places of attraction in Guadalajara Centro. Every aspect of the property - its cleanliness, its high-end workout facilities, free parking, kitchen in unit and so on was highly impressive and convenient. Its close location to a shopping center and a major grocery store within it made it so convenient for us to shop for food items and cook at night. And the customer service is excellent, with the management being always accessible through WhatsApp. They even accommodated our request to extend our stay by a night when our plans changed. Overall, a very satisfactory experience!

Los departamentos se ven nuevos y en buen estado, muy amable la atención y el servicio de todo el personal fue excelente. Solo el wifi nunca pude conectarlo sin embargo como no era urgente fue un detalle menor.

Es cómodo y los empleados son muy atentos , pero el check in es como de 3 o 4 horas solamente, si llegas noche o temprano no se puede y tuve que rentar otro hotel y perder dinero pero el lugar está padre

Me cambiaron de habitación
Pedi un cuarto con 3 habitaciones y en lugar de eso me dieron 2 cuartos (uno con una habitación y otro con 2 habitaciones ) al final quedamos separados . El lugar esta bien, no tengo quejas respecto a eso, solo mi comentario inicial. Además que mi habitación inicial era en un tercer piso y pues terminaron dándome una en el piso 18
