This is a Hilton. Yet they decide not to allow guests to have functional a/c in the rooms in order to save money, so their guests cannot sleep due to oppressive heat at night

Overall it is a very good hotel with excellent customer service and excellent facilities. The only thing I did not like is that the internet connection speed was very slow and this hotel caters to overseas buyers who come to do business in China and a main requirements during business trips is good internet speed which for the size and scale of this property is probably one of the worst I've seen around China. I've been to eight different Chinese cities and I've stayed in non franchise Chinese hotels which have much better connection speed.

Hotel is very well located between Linhexi station and Guangzhou East railway station. Very convenient if coming from Baiyun Airport, just take line 3 and alight at Linhexi Station, no need to change line. And if there are plans to go to Hong Kong by High Speed Rail, can easily walk to Guangzhou East railway station. There are many restaurants available and a huge shopping mall, so there are plenty of dining options available. Hotel staff extremely helpful and polite, room is spacious, comfortable and clean. Very satisfied with my stay at the hotel.
