This is a nice service apartment, the con is that the address is not so easily reached or found by common tourist . But it's in a nice area of the city. There's taxi stand outside the building too.

Dirty and no proper housekeeping
Dirty bath towels with aged blood stains, stains on kitchenette counter and coffee stain in the kitchen drawer, dirty stains in the bath as well as the sink and bathroom floor. No floormat for drying feet after shower. The housekeeper was not pleasant when asked of the stains, she commented it is likje that, unbelievable, the stains in the bath have been accumunlated and no proper cleaning has been done. The bedlinen are also very old, it seems not changed after new occupant comes in.

讓人憤怒的一段旅行
貴網站的通知信告訴我們不用確認˙不用先聯繫˙直接去住就好˙˙˙˙結果依照資料到了越秀區找不到這條路(建設路22號)˙打電話到前台詢問˙竟然沒有我們的訂房紀錄????!!!搞了快一個小時才確認我們的訂房˙好不容易打D過去(離上述地址多花了我三十塊車錢)一進房間裡面又髒又噁˙蟑螂亂爬˙水槽底下還有前一位住客遺留的空飯盒˙整體讓我還以為這是半個月沒人住的空房?這家真的太離譜了!!!!!!!!!!

蟑螂滿屋..........
住了四天,打死了七隻小強,脫逃四隻; 毛巾是破的,還好沒異味; 廚房的水槽油汙未清,浴室地板發霉; 牆上還有前人遺留的菜屑(沒錯~是牆板上); 衣櫃有十幾支奇怪又不同款式材質的衣架,包含幾個生鏽的; 還好,不幸中的大幸~~熱水是熱的,床板不是塌陷的,枕頭沒異味,幾個燈是會亮的,可以看到幾十個免費的公共衛星電視(雖然沒啥內容);不過~~~就兩百多RMB您想怎樣?

O tamanho do quarto é excelente, possui um sofá que deix o ambiente muito confortável. Funcionários muito prestativos! Mas a limpeza deixa a desejar. Para quem vai para Guangzhou a negócio, este é um excelente hotel, RECOMENDO!

環境不錯, 但是, 本來說有無線上網, 但到晚上的時候就巳經沒有, 跟服務員說, 他們說路由器在隔壁房間, 不方便打擾客人, 所以, 我住了兩天, 過了晚上十點後, 就沒法有無線上網, 很不方便 ! 有點失望 !
