Love this hotel, beautiful large room. Perfect size hotel , very cost. Food was good. Can book boat , jet ski directly from the hotel and its dock. We had a room downstairs that had a fan and it worked well for us in July.

A truly amazing place for relaxation and tranquility. The hotel and staff were awesome and we truly enjoyed our experience here. The massage was fantastic, too. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique experience and I suggest you stay at least 4-5 nights because it’s like no other experience. Thank you Tau House staff

The staff was amazing, more specifically Elian; he was very attentive, friendly, and respectful. The only feedback I have is regarding the road that leads to the hotel, which is a dirt road with big potholes that can damage your car, they should pave it soon since it leads to others hotels as well.

I will highly recommend this property. If you want to relax, disconnect and reset, this is the place to be. The serenity, tranquility and view of this place are indescribable. Pleasant and attentive personnel, food delicious, service to high standards, rooms spacious and clean, activities offered like tour to the city of Guatape and El Peñol. I recommend you to take the motochiva or Tuc-Tuc to the city and walk around also to el Peñol. However, take the boat with them, the adventure is incredible. The full body massage was the best massage I had ever had. They hit all the pressure and knob points, as well as relaxing. Great job!!

Horrible- No A/C, No ceiling fans as advertised (they recently updated to remove this from their ad but even denied ever advertising, despite my screenshots of property). Beware if hotel offers refund for the night in writing via whatsapp they’ll still try and deny. Don’t be tricked by these fraudsters use bank chargeback option. $700 a night for room with no ventilation, no air flow, no AC. The staff are scammers and the property is isolated with transportation 4x more than direct transfer. Property is a 2 or 3 star at best and looks ghetto with lost designs in interior. You’re paying only for views but please only pay for what is advertised! They have recently updated ad to reflect no ceiling fans and no AC. Scummy people stay far away and we’ve stayed at many high end hotels in colombia - they do shame to their people
