The hotel is in a perfect location, making it convenient, safe, and ideal for both leisure and layover stays. Pricing is very reasonable for the quality and comfort provided. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which truly enhances the overall experience. I would like to give 100% kudos to Alexa Alexandria at the front desk. Her professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness stood out and made a lasting impression. She is an absolute asset to the hotel. Breakfast was very good—while it would be nice to consistently have items like pancakes and hash browns available, the overall food experience was excellent. Lunch and dinner were incredible, with great quality and flavor. From service to location to dining, this hotel delivers. El cuarto está demasiado bien, pero el resto de los servicios del hotel son muy caros, por ejemplo, en la mayoría de los hoteles te llevan gratis al aeropuerto, aquí pagamos 35usd por 4 personas, el bufete y los alimentos también muy caros para lo que realmente son.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The one caveat about the hotel is the hot water. I had 4 rooms and no one had hot water. I had hot water for a min or two and then the show immediately cut off. The hotel is in a great location though.

Room fan wasn't working but staff was quick to change our room & upgrade us! Clean and great breakfast. Staff is very friendly. Hot tub is a nice touch to watch the sunset.
