I had a really wonderful time at this resort and would definitely stay here again! Everything was excellent. I have a few recommendations that would make this experience even better, but this in no way changes my 10/10 review for this resort. It would be great if you offered cocktails like pina coladas and margaritas that were not made from the pre made mixers but from scratch; also having things like rolled oats and dried fruits and nuts and unsweetened yogurts for breakfast would be really nice; I also often noticed that the bathroom towels were quite well worn and could do with replacement, as these do not match the standard of the hotel. Overall, I want to say thank you for my wonderful experience staying at this hotel. I am looking forward to returning in the future.

I just left after staying a week at the resort and I would not return. The outside area was pretty and the pool was very nice but me and my friend who were there got hit on by so many old and young staff members, keep in mind we are teenagers. The room was the real problem, when.we got there the room was so beyond dirty that we ended up cleaning it ourselves with rubbing alcohol and clorox wipes. There were layers of dirt coming up off the floor, but that wasn’t even the grossest part. Our room was infested with ants, even after they sprayed the room down the ants came back, we were very careful to not leave any gross stuff in our room to attract them but they kept coming back. They were in our beds and both of us are covered in ant bites from sleeping in our beds. There were only around 4-5 people who worked there that could speak english so if you don’t understand spanish, this is probably not the resort for you.

I liked the beach and the pool. Even though the food was terrible at least there was always something to eat. I didn’t like the staff service. Some were helpful but most of them were unhelpful and rude. I also didn’t like the moldy smell in the rooms and how unclean it was. On the last night I saw a mice by my room. Overall it was a terrible experience and the only enjoyable part was the beach.

Everything including the staff was great. Our only issues were that the concierge staff wasn’t particularly friendly nor were they equipped to do the normal responsibilities of a concierge. They could not make reservations at the restaurants or spa. And the hotel did not provide transportation to the airport. Not suggesting it be complementary but Uber tried to get us to pay cash and when we didn’t have the cash, the guy wouldn’t take us and the driver hanging out in the parking at the hotel took $55 to take us. A shuttle service charging a flat fee would be very helpful. Daniel, Kelvis, Alfred, Carlos, and many more amazing people made our stay so much more fun than expected.

Jesus at the pool bar needs an attitude adjustment, let me start with that. The rooms were clean, great size but no storage via drawers or cabinets...at least our room didnt. I like that its a smaller reaort so walking to everything is nearby. Drawback cant be helped...that is, lots of locals who think their behaviors, offensive to others, is perfectly acceptable. Other than that, its a nice place. We appreciate staying there. Thx to Juliana at the coffee bar and Willie in the store for their extra hospitality.

I loved the view! I liked the food! The entertainment was fun, but i didn't like that they pay the entertainers to dance with the customers. Vendors like to bother you a lot on the beach and are persistent. And i paid for and was promised an ocean view room and didn't receive it. Nor did they fix it. The staff was really friendly. I had a nice time. Beautiful beach and views. Would love to come back.

Very pleasant stay!
The hotel is very nice and it is worth what you pay for. Very clean and nice renovated rooms. They have hot water and their service is very good. I recommend having the VIP experience to enjoy good drinks. Food is good. I would come back and highly recommend it.

Stayed one week. Property was nice. Service was awesome. Room was always moist so my throat was messed up the last two days. Drinks were good, food was good. Live entertainment was good as well. No cash at the on site atm most of the time so we had to leave the property to get to one so prepare at the airport. Vendors on the beach get really annoying after a few days, but they’re trying to make a living so I get it. I was trying to enjoy my vacation though. A lot of nice friendly people for staff and locals. Good place to visit. Will do it again.
