The hotel staff was very welcoming, cheerful, friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to make the stay perfect and to accommodate one's wishes. The rooms were clean and spacious and despite being in the middle of the city center the rooms were very quite providing a great nights sleep. The breakfast was plentiful with a huge variety of different food choices catering for a diverse clientele. The hotel was very clean and free tea/coffee and biscuits were provided throughout the day. I strongly recommend this hotel, as we were made to feel at home and we are already looking forward to returning for another stay later on in the year.

Für den Preis - na ja. Sinnvoll hätte ich auch einen Hinweis darauf gehalten (vielleicht auch schon auf der Webseite), dass das Parkhaus nebenan sonntags geschlossen hat.

Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und besonders die Bäder, Matratzen und der Teppichboden können erneuert werden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück sehr gut. Für den Preis alles in allem zu empfehlen.

Zimmerservice ungewohnt: Betten nicht gemacht, angeblich weil "Klamotten" herumlagen. Die Klamotten waren 2 Schlafanzüge. Frühstücksservice: bei Frühstück 8.30 Uhr waren nur noch restliche kleine Brötchen, aber weder Toastbrot noch Vollkornbrot vorhanden. Servicekraft war nicht zu sehen, um nachzubestellen.

Das Hotel hat einen leichten 70er-Jahre Charme, ist aber sehr sauber. Die Hotelangestellten sind alle samt freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist optimal, alles fussläufig zu erreichen und direkte shopping Möglichkeiten. Das angebotene/zubuchbare Frühstücksbüffet hat mich umgehauen, weil es „echtes“ Rührei gab, nicht das Zeug aus dem TetraPak und die kleinen Bratwürste haben besonders gut geschmeckt, schien ebenfalls kein Standart aus dem Discounter gewesen zu sein! Jederzeit wieder!
