Great week, great condo!
Had a great time spending New Years in Gulf Shores. The condo was very well stocked with dishes and bedding. Beds/pillows were very comfortable. Condo was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again!

Great little place with gorgeous views
Overall impression of this property is great. There were plenty of linens and it was clean. My only complaint is the rug in the living room. There is a serious fall risk there for older people. Besides that, we have zero complaints.

last minute beach trip
First let me address the host directly. We decided to book a quick long weekend. Since we only had to travel one hour we wanted to make use of two full days. The condo we chose was not booked three days prior. We booked three days prior. We messaged and asked specifically if we could get early check in. If we could not we considered booking an extra night just so we could arrive early. We were told if it was available they would message us the morning of our stay. We were never told this owner does not allow it EVER! . They decided to share that after we paid. When I then said could I add one night like we had planned the one night price was double what it was when I looked right before booking because they added all the fees again for one next extra. I will not use Vrbo ever again because I want to be able to get answers for the specific unit by a person not some automated system answer. The unit is ok but very very small for a group of 6-7. the living room furniture is in great need to being replaced. very worn out. If you want to all sit in the living room together there is just not enough space in this unit. For a three bedroom unit the kitchen/living room is just too small. really only 4 can sit on the coach and chair. For the price we paid off season it was ok. I am sure the owner has done the best they can with the space . Be aware this owner has a strict 4 p.m. check in and will not bend even if empty and you want to pay extra.

The condo is very nice. Beds and furnishings are comfortable. Great view. Located next to Sea and Suds. Quiet complex with good parking and fast elevators. We felt very safe and secure.

It was a beautiful location. But it was sad to see that the property could really use some maintenance. Light switch, dorm frames, bottom of bathtubs really needed so extra attention. I know that if I had an investment property I would make sure it was more than surface clean. Don't get me wrong the stuff cleaned and disinfected. But it lacks up keep

Great location, However the sofa bed was broken my daughter slept on the mattress in the floor. The ice maker stopped working, and there was sand in the bunk beds so my kid's slept on top of the covers.

Beautiful beach front condo
This property was perfect for our family vacation. Easy beach front access, beautiful view and balcony overlooking beach. Rooms were very well equipped with comfortable large beds and kitchen. Would definitely recommend and go again.

Beach trip
We had 7 women staying for an annual girls’ weekend. The condo was clean, everything worked well, and pictures were accurate. This unit is on the 19th floor, and there were some long waits for the elevator. We did find a pattern and tried to avoid super crowded times. Beach was beautiful and easy to access. We enjoyed the balcony and would stay here again.

Perfect location for teens
My teens were able to walk to so many places during our stay!! This made it nice for my hubs & me to enjoy our time too! The view was Perfect! I spent so much time on the balcony-which had plenty of furniture. The extra bedroom fit our needs perfectly. Plus-I loved the split bedroom type floorplan. The room was very clean & well appointed. The rental company was great to work with! (My only suggestion there is that it seemed unnecessary to have to stop by their office on the way into town. They had already given me all the needed info before arriving!). Yes-the building needs more elevators, but it was only an inconvenience a couple times. The security guard was even nice! I would highly recommend this rental agency & this exact condo!

Super Nice condo with an amazing view!
We absolutely loved this condo. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, well maintained and nicely decorated with a home like beach theme. I loved that the 3rd room had a trunnel bed instead of bunks. The view, beach access and pools (including the awesome splash pad) were perfect! The only reason I didn’t give this property 5 stars is there was only 2 elevators for the whole building of 20 floors. With it being peak season and no separate service elevator we had an average of 20 + minutes to wait each time we needed to get on the elevator. I think it would be better in off peak times. But other thank that this was a great property!
