THE shower head in the master bathroom have a Small leak THE WIFI PASSWORD DID NOT WORK THERE WAS WATER UNDER THE DISHWASHER ON THE FLOOR DONT KNOW WHERE THE WATER CAME FROM THE SLIDING DOOR IN THE MASTER BEDROOM TO THE BALCONY DID NOT LOCK BUT OVER ALL WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN THE VIEW WAS GREAT

Lovely condo! We had everything we needed! Beach was amazing, loved the pools! Upscale decor! Balcony and views were amazing! Great communication with the rental agency! Would definitely stay here again! Only complaint was the overzealous security guard at the pool! She took her job VERY seriously! Don’t forget your wrist band!

The view was great. There was a lot of room for our family of 5. But the master bed was hot. Bathrooms need to be cleaned better. The fan was also broken in the master bathroom.

Not exactly what we wanted
The carpet in this condo was absolutely horrible. We also discovered that there were appliances listed as included that were not there, such as a blender. Halfway through our stay our keypad code just stopped working for no reason, so we were stranded outside our room for an hour until the property manager emailed us a new code. It was frustrating that we could only communicate with the property management through email. The wifi password also did not work the entire stay and was never fixed despite communicating with the management company. The master bedroom bed was also permanently warped with a giant dip on the side that left one person stuck in a pit. The bunk beds were more comfortable than the master bedroom Overall, the view was great but that was about it. I wouldn't recommend this particular unit.

We had a great time. The unit we stayed in was very nice. The property manager sent multiple emails letting us know what to do. The communication was great. I only have it 4 stars because the walk to the beach was much longer than it looked like in the pictures and language of the listing.

Mostly a good stay BUT
The proprty is excellent both in quality and location. I was very disappointed in my communcation with VRBO in resolving an issue with the television in the main room. I reached out to VRBO and was told a technician would contact us to remedy the issue with the TV. I was not contacted at all. Poor customer service. Next time I will rent directly from Crystal Towers and not VRBO

Great location for the family
Our family of five stayed in this condo for 4 nights and had a great time. The place was clean and big enough for all of us to enjoy when inside. Great view from the balcony. The pool and beach were great. And it seems odd to mention but the washer/dryer was a plus since we were traveling for 4 days prior to arriving.

Crystal Tower /Gulf Shores Vacation
This was a really great place to stay for our spring break vacation with our teenagers. We all loved the clean room, the fabulous pool/hot tub, and access to the beach. Everything was as described in the listing. The dryer stopped working, but management had it up and running for us within a couple days. Our only suggestions would be to have extra blankets for the pullout bedding and maybe have hangers for the closets. It was a great 1st visit to Gulf Shores and we will be happy to come back. 🥰

Complete Deception
Very disappointed! Condo is on the top floor and we were not told that there would be constant hammering and drilling from 7:30 in the morning till 6:30 in the evening. It was absolutlely miserable. Emailed guest services multiple times, their response “we are sorry”. It was so loud in the unit that at times you couldn’t even carry on a conversation forget about napping or resting. We will NEVER a stay with VRBO again. If we were not there for a wedding we would have left after a day. BTW a the washing machine did not work and neither did the Internet. We were told after waiting 24hrs for someone to show up to repair “The owner ordered one 2 weeks ago but it hasn’t come in”. Well thanks for telling us. We had to go to Walmart and buy towels because we were unable to do laundry. Just complete and utter deception!!!

We love Gulf Shores but are not pleased with the management of this condo.. First off the amenity of having a washer was promised and upon arrival their was a note that said we couldn't use it because it needed to be replaced. We'll this didn't happen and we packed accordingly to being able to use it. This proved to be a mess with kids at the beach. We contacted the property manager with no reply. Secondly wifi was not working all week and my wife and I who work remotely tried several times to reset and troubleshoot with no luck. Still no reply to this complaint on day one of our stay. Lastly, Crystal towers was having roof work done all week and as you can imagine being on the top floor it became impossible for our kids and us to get proper rest in the early morning hours. We contacted Crystal towers themselves and they said all property owners were told that this would be going on ahead of time which was not relayed to us upon booking. not very happy especially with the financial investment to be able to stay there. We are still waiting for a reply and have contacted Vrbo.

Great view and amenities!
This property was a perfect for an Orange Beach stay. The view was stunning, we loved the option of an indoor pool, and the beach was beautiful with an easy walk to get there. The living room had new carpet, but the furniture was a bit dated. Our daughter loved the bunk beds and the master bed was comfy. The balcony and kitchen were great. We look forward to another stay!

Positives: Great view from the 20th floor! Clean. Easily accessible. Parking always available. Pools were great! Negatives: internet access in the room was HORRIBLE! TV remote in main bedroom did not work for the volume. Couch was old with stains on it.

Incredible view from the top
This unit was incredible. The view from the top is breathtaking. There was room enough for everyone to sleep comfortably. We used the kitchen several nights and enjoyed the dining area. The only complaint has noting to do with the unit. The elevators are the complex are quite lacking. Guests seem to spend most of their time waiting for the elevators. We actually had to check out using the stairwell. Twenty floors in that stairwell is quite exhausting!! I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for some great R&R at the beach.
