This condo has a view of the Gulf that is hard to leave. Relax on the *beach front balcony* with your favorite beverage or romantic dinner. We have two beach chairs for you to take down to the beach and relax in the sun. This condo is well equipped with all you need for a great vacation with your loved ones and family. This condo is allowed one car parking only.

This property contains a washer and dryer to use as needed!

Beautiful Views
Bathtub/Shower (FOR SURE) needs a safety bar to prevent falling!! Patio door needs a SCREEN - when leaving sliding door open - keep out the flying insects, sand & even small birds who land on patio and want to visit!!! (Floor was not very clean according to the bottom of my house shoes.) Our plan was to have a totally relaxing week. (orders w/deliveries included) the sounds of the beach and that was accomplished even with the rain - sunrise and sunset came after the winds/rain and did not disappoint! "GOD IS AWESOME"

Wonderful family beach vacation
What a wonderful condo! Great location and great view of the ocean from the balcony. This property (including the balcony) was the perfect size for our family of 4. My kids really enjoyed the bunk beds and swimming in the pool. The elevator is fast and we never had to wait in line to use it. The condo is very clean and well maintained. We felt safe and well cared for here, and we would highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this condo. It had everything we needed. It was an added bonus to have beach chairs, sand toys and an umbrella to use. The condominium complex was small so no over crowding in the pool or property. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. There was an issue with the air when we arrived but Glenn had someone out the next day by noon. The unit appeared clean but the floors needed mopped- when walking barefoot strictly inside our feet were black on the bottom

Beach Front!
We loved staying at the condo! We had excellent communication with the owners about an early check in, a problem with a fuse, and beach chairs. The condo was clean and comfortable. The view was incredible with sunrises and sunsets! We had some cold and rainy weather so were able to use the smart TV to watch some movies/shows when the weather didn't let us be outside!

I was traveling with my adult son and chose this unit because it stated it had 2 bedrooms. It does NOT. There is ONE bedroom and an uncomfortable sofa bed in the living area. Since I am a lot shorter than my son, I volunteered to sleep on this bed and can verify that it’s uncomfortable! There are two built-in bunk beds in the entry way hall that would be suitable for small children. The space would not work for 6 adults. On the plus side: the unit was very neat and clean. The kitchen appliances were in good working order. The unit is oceanfront and the beach is easily accessible.

First time we stayed here it was very nice. This time when we arrived I pulled open the curtains and saw the beach covered with heavy equipment and pipes. They were dredging the whole week we were there. Noisey and unable to walk or fish on the beach. We were not told about this. Had to drive to a public beach and pay. Also,during the day workers were drilling and pounding in rooms next to us. I suppose this was all because it was off season,but we could have changed dates if we'd been told.

Elevator didn’t work for 5 days
Good room, great location but the elevator was down for five days. This was a huge inconvenience as we were on the 5th floor. I would not stay at this property again.

Great location!
We had a great stay. Loved being able to walk right out to the beach and not have to haul all of our stuff! Only thing I will say is the bathroom needs some more deep cleaning and maybe a new toilet seat other than that we had a great stay.
