Very Accurate Listing
We loved staying here for our fall break vacation! Everything was as listed on the site…pictures are exactly what the condo looked liked. We enjoyed all the extras that the owner provided. This owner has thought of everything from beach necessities (like a wagon & cooler) to home necessities (like a laundry hamper & fan). It was so nice having access to these types of things during our stay. She also had a small stool to use around the condo & a three-step small ladder that we were able to use to get our luggage on top of our vehicle. We loved being on vacation, but still feeling like we were home too. We hope to stay again in the future.

Wonderful bedding, clean and updated condo. Lots of community amenities to enjoy included with the rent and it came with two beach chair ls and umbrella rental included! Thanks tremendously for all of the beach toys and boogie boards that were available and the fans for the white noise. Would stay here again!

Condo was fantastic and perfect for our vacation -just as pictures described ! We rented the condo many month ahead and Marlene answered all my many questions! The beach chair rentals were an extra perk. We are planning next year's Fort Morgan and we planning on staying here again!

We loved our stay here. The condo was immaculate. Everything was in pristine condition and fully functional. The owners thought of every detail! Extra storage in every nook and cranny, updated appliances, soft-shut cabinets. The deck faced the courtyard and was a great place to enjoy morning coffee. Plenty of light throughout the condo. The beds wer extremely comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Will definitely be back. It was the perfect size!

Wow! This condo is what you’re looking for if you want cleanliness, convenience, and communication! Marlene is amazing to work with and ensures all details are shared before, during, and after your stay. The condo is in a great location within the property, and the pools are literally only steps away. The reserved beach chairs and use of the condo wagon were a huge highlight for us, and made beach days with a four year old, a breeze.

Ideal location for golfing, relaxing on no-crowd beach, hiking Bon Secour wildlife refuge and biking Gulf State Park. Condo was clean and comfortable and had all extras to make grilling/cooking easy. Marlene’s condo is a winner for our family of five. This is the second time we’ve stayed in her condo and it doesn’t disappoint. Her kitchen is well stocked, and there’s ample space to store pantry items and more. It is very clean and well designed. All her beds were comfy and were a crowd pleaser. We definitely w plan to use this condo as our “go to” when we visit Fort Morgan

First ever condo stay, won’t be our last!
As this was our first time ever staying in a condo at Gulf Shores (previously rented beach houses with large groups), we weren’t sure what to expect. After staying here, we realized our angst was for nothing as we had THE BEST time. The condo itself was gorgeous, incredibly clean, and such close proximity to the pools and ocean. We really appreciated all the “extras” Marlene and her husband included (e.g. chair rentals at the beach, beach cart, coolers, puzzles/games etc.) as we used all of these items daily. Not having to pack these items made it that much easier for us to relax/unwind. The indoor pool pass came in handy during the one day it did rain and the first floor location and proximity to the laundry area was fabulous. Marlene was so great with her level of communication, we had one minor issue with the dishwasher which was resolved the same day. We truly enjoyed our stay here and for sure plan to be back!

Best One YET
We have stayed in Plantation West at Fort Morgan location 5 times in the last 8 years. All 5 condo's we have stayed in have been above standards, this location feels safe, family friendly and grounds are well maintained. This condo is by far the best and we will certainly use it again, when it comes to extra's this condo has offered us the most. Beach chair rental free, 4 lawn chairs, sunshade, wagon, wave boards, coolers etc. updated interior and overall, a 5-star recommendation.

We had another wonderful vacation in Gulf Shores! We love this community, and how easy beach/pool access is with our little ones. There are so many conveniences nearby and you don’t have to battle traffic to get to the condo. Overall another wonderful stay!

Awesome place to stay and awesome management
The place was perfect, the resort was perfect, and the owner was fantastic. She called me ahead of time to let me know their was an issue that was out of her control with the dishwasher and it wasn’t working. Which wasn’t a big deal at all but I thought it was super nice of her to call ahead and let me know. We will for sure try and stay here every time that we come down!

Annual Memorial Day getaway
We travel to Fort Morgan every year as a getaway to start the summer. This is by far the best place we have stayed at to this date. Not only was the property exactly as listed, the owner was great at keeping us informed and prepared for our trip. If I had to make any complaints, I would say my only one is that we only had 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 trash bags for the duration of our trip, so we had to run out and get more halfway through our stay. Left some extra behind for next guest. I highly recommend staying at this place. Definitely worth it.

Awesome condo!
We had a great time at our stay in Mrs. Marlene’s condo. It was extremely clean and equipped with absolutely everything that you needed to enjoy your stay, from beach equipment to measuring cups she has thought of everything! The only problem was the people upstairs were EXTREMELY LOUD! They should leave reminders in the upstairs condos to please be courteous of the tenants below them because you can hear EVERYTHING! I won’t hold that against Mrs Marlene because that’s obviously not something that she personally can control but it’s definitely something that should be addressed.
