Located on a quiet street on a private wooded lot just a block off the beach!! Easy walk to the beach with neighborhood beach access! Beach is pet friendly (dogs must be kept on a leash). This comfortable cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for accommodating extra guests. The kitchen has granite countertops, all major appliances, and is stocked with basic utensils/kitchenware needed to prepare a meal. There is an office nook with a desk. Spacious, wrap-around, outdoor deck for sunbathing and relaxing. There is a convenient, outside shower for use after the beach.
Enjoy the beach and coastal area with a more relaxed pace at this property on the Fort Morgan Peninsula. Yet, still so much close by! Fort Morgan State Historic Site approximately 7 miles away. Fort Morgan Public Boat Launch is 4 miles away. Several local restaurants and golf course within 3 miles. Still an easy drive to other popular destinations in this area including Tanger Outlets, The Wharf in Orange Beach, The Park at OWA, The Track, Gulf State Park, Waterville, USA, etc!

Great location to the beach!

We enjoyed this house as it was a great neighborhood and one block from a fabulous dog friendly beach. The neighborhood is quiet and very private. Restaurants were near and easy to get to.Highly recommend for a beach getaway!

Great place!!!!

We stayed for 4 weeks this year and last. Great location, a 2 minute walk to the beach. Close to some fun restaurants too. We would recommend to anyone thinking of staying in Ft. Morgan!! Also, Shonna is always so nice to work with. She is so friendly, helpful, and responsive.

Cute little quant beach house. Could use some attention on nails popping on the deck and fixing the kitchen drawers so they could be accessible near the washer and dryer and most definitely ceiling fans for those warmer days..

We had plenty of space.We love the location so close to the beach and the community seems very laid back.We love sassy bass and so close still to shops and rouses.We come every year and never disappointed only with rain.Thank you!

The old stinky house.

Okay so I usually don’t complain much but this home is barely getting by the ducts for h.v.a.c. Equipment. have gross black stuff coming out of them , the couches were stained, the comforters were stained with black stuff on them, the house smelled like moth balls the issue is probably coming from the ductwork. The bathroom sink was clogged up so you could not brush your teeth in the bathroom I had to use the kitchen seek. Vrbo for $265.00 a night I expect way better won’t be back !

We loved the short walk to the beach everyday! The house worked perfect for our family of four. Kitchen had all necessary appliances for meal prep. Management was quick to respond when the dryer went out.

Overall, my wife and I had a good stay. All one can really say is how they feel and try to be honest without being hurtful. MY opinion is that I was disappointed with the property. Maybe I expected too much having stayed at other VRBO properties. Many things need to be more "refined"....finished. Perhaps a bit more personal touches or attention to detail in both craftsmanship and decor. The beds were squeaky (and seemed small), the dryer didn't dry well, the blinds were old with many broken slats, floors were uneven and loose in places...etc etc. Also, I guess I shouldn't have assumed the grill was gas or on the first floor (I admit I don't know codes and such and maybe I overlooked that in the listing.) The bathroom sink was very slow to drain, there was NO salt....pepper....ANY spices whatsoever. Perhaps a welcome note or a guest book would be a nice touch. Basically, it was an old refurbished house near the beach.

Overall a good place to stay

No real complaints. The house was nice and the short walk to the beach was convenient. Only complaints are that we had one small partial roll of toilet paper and no coffee filters or coffee when we got there. Overall would stay here again tho

Cute beach house, good location

We were looking for somewhere to stay for a quick weekend getaway. It was very last minute and we were traveling with pets, so I was afraid we wouldn’t find anything. I reached out to the owners and they approved a shorter stay than is usually required. We were pleasantly surprised with the location. Just a short walk to the pet-friendly beach. The house was nicely decorated and clean. We had a great weekend!
