Room was clean and recently updatedbut the ad a couple finishing touches left to do. Had a slight problem with the virtual check-in that was mostly my fault. Checked in Sunday and we're literally the only folks on premises. Road noise was a little loud but didn't affect our sleep. The second night more people checked in, I'd agree with a previous review about the walls being thin, heard the door open next door and though it was someone trying to get into our room. Who ever was nextdoor must have to sleep with the TV on as I could get it, again it didn't bother us by others may not have liked it. Based on the cleanliness of the rooms we'd stay again.
It was a nightmare. It was raining heavily and we were in Northern Michigan with virtually no internet service. We had received the confirmation of our reservation in the afternoon. We pulled into the parking lot and tried to find where to check-guess what-no office. Finally decided to ring the doorbell that looked like it was near what once was office. People who lived there said there is no office but that we should have received a room number and code to get in. We drove until we got 2 bars and pulled up our reservation - there was no such info. Tried to find phone number for help - none. We thought it might help if we downloaded your app. Finally got un that to work. Then had to set up account-took forever to get that done with unreliable service. Looked up reservation after we located its number. Guess what-no room or code there. Stopped thinking kind thoughts about Expedia a long time ago. Add insult to injury-the restaurant attached to motel must have closed years ago. Finally my husband found the phone number for another Adoba (sp) hotel in another city - that lady said she sent us the info we needed earlier in the afternoon - we did not receive any info from her - checked and double checked. So she sent it and we drove back to the motel with no office. Room wasn’t great but it was clean. We climbed in bed, tried to turn the tv on to watch the Olympics. Wouldn’t turn on-Husband moved furniture and found one cord that was unplugged! Worst hotel experience ever!!!
This room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. It did take longer than normal for the water to get hot but not a big deal. We all loved this place. Just wish the restaurant that is attached was open that would have been even better.

We had to cancel, but stayed here before; it was convenient to the rally, clean, and reasonably priced. We will stay again, maybe next year...
My granddaughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our little room with two queen/dbl beds. The hotel is located central to the places we wanted to visit. It was clean, quiet and check in was very easy also. Instead of a fridge and microwave, we used a cooler with ice and made sandwhiches for lunch. We will use this hotel again for our next trip to the Upper peninsula.
We booked and paid for a room with three queen beds for our family of six. When we arrived there was only two queens. The manager told us it was a glitch on Expedia. There was a picture when booking of a room with three queen beds and other reviews talking about how nice the room with three queen beds was.
Big family dream! Three beds in a room is a luxury only big families could understand. The kids were so excited to all be able to sleep in a bed, not the floor, a cot, or an uncomfortable pull out. Even with three beds the room was spacious and comfy. The beds were unbelievable. I slept better there than at home.
The housekeeper was kind and very sweet to the kids. All communications via text were answered within moments. The price was far less than we found elsewhere and worth every penny.
We’re so happy we stumbled on this gem. We’ll be back!
