A lovely cottage in the heart of Gunnislake on the edge of Dartmoor perfect to use as a base to explore this wonderful location. Beautifully appointed accommodation with lots of living space - large sun room which is used as a lounge area and dining room. Further cosy living room with log burner and well appointed kitchen with range. There are 2 bedrooms - a small single on the ground floor with WC and lovely master double upstairs with the family bathroom adjacent.

Further cosy living room with log burner and well appointed kitchen with range. There are 2 bedrooms - a small single on the ground floor with WC and lovely master double upstairs with the family bathroom adjacent. There is a driveway for parking and lovely private gardens.
Guest Access:
The whole house is yours to enjoy apart from one locked room upstairs.
The Neighborhood:
The local town of Gunnislake has a great selection of pubs and eateries, as well as convenience stores where you can stock up on essentials. Enjoy a meal out at The Rising Sun, where you may be able to enjoy a music night or recline in the beer garden in the sunshine. There is a selection of independent shops, and Gunnislake Mountain biking for a more action-packed adventure. Walks can be had along the scenic River Tamar, with trails weaving into the trees, and there are many more walks and places to spot wildlife within the Tamar Valley AONB.For beautiful riverside walks and charming buildings, visit Tavistock, a lovely historic market town with its ancient pannier market, or enjoy a walk through Denham Bridge.
