Tucked away on 12 acres, staying at Heron Haus is a relaxing experience minutes from Lake Guntersville. A luxurious queen-size bed with top-of-the-line linens awaits you in the spacious bedroom. The kitchen has all the amenities of home including all full size appliances, Keurig, pots & pans for a truly unique tiny home stay! The tiny home is exclusively yours during your stay, so relax, unwind, and enjoy. Access to our 8 tiny houses is via large gravel driveway. The guest will access the home using a Smartlock with a code sent shortly before check in located in your INBOX check in instructions. Please refer back to these when using the SmartLock.

All pets must be disclosed at time of booking and requires a $50 non refundable fee to be paid.

***HOST FEE is the cleaning fee for your stay.
We totally get it—no one loves rules, including us! But we’ve had to put some guidelines in place based on what we've learned along the way. We really appreciate our amazing guests who love our place as much as we do and want to help keep it great for their return visits and for future guests! A booking constitutes acceptance of all house rules and listing description.

1. All overnight guests including pets must be registered at time of booking in order to stay the night. All other guests must leave before 10pm.

2. Lofts are best suited for active adults and older children, require the use of steps and a low ceiling entry/exit.

3. For PET FRIENDLY CABINS ONLY. Pet Policy: Dogs only please. $50 non refundable fee due at time of booking. Max 1 pet. If we do not use this fee for excess cleaning fees, we donate to a local animal shelter, A New Leash on Life.
At no time are pets allowed on our furniture or linens. Please use the couch cover AND old sheets we have left in the cabin in case your pet accesses our furniture or linens. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, to include urine, fur, vomit and feces.

4. Parking is ONLY available beside each of the cabins. At no time should you park in the driveway or in front of the cabins. Vehicles will be towed at owners expense.

5. Booking non-refundable means just that. We do not refund on non-refundable discounted reservations. Please purchase travel insurance.
