Top shelf hotel with excellent spa…. which included sauna, steam room and relaxation room. Gym was average Truly a treat! The food and staff were higher end! Two bus transit stations are 4-8 minute walks.

Weekend in Haarlem
The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the shops which mainly open late mornings on Sunday and Mondays. The room and bed were very comfortable with a contemporary feel and a mini fridge which was empty so we stocked with our own drinks. The room was quiet and the corridors softly lit with a relaxed atmosphere and we enjoyed a meal in the restaurant on the first night. Overall we had a very pleasant stay in the hotel and the staff we very helpful.

Superb reception staff, but breakfast staff were a bit aloof and grumpy. Room service staff did not carry out two requests correctly. Beds were poorly made up. No female sanitary bags were provided. Breakfasts were well laid out and gave a lot of choice, but cooked items were not hot, and the plates were cold. The hotel itself was a very pleasant place to stay.

We picked this hotel mainly because of its facilities and the convenient parking, it was everything that we had hoped for. The room was good the reception was excellent and the bar and restaurant had good staff. Overall the staff were young but very efficient.
