家族４人での宿泊です。 ○函館駅から直ぐの立地なのでディナーのお店がまわりにいっぱいあります。 ○ホテルから観光地に無料のバスがあり、当日と帰りの日も使えます。 ○1Fフロント脇に無料で使えるコインロッカーがありチェックアウトの後も使えて助かりました。 しかし… ●セキュリティがしっかりしていてカードキーが無いと部屋に入る時やエレベーターに乗る時に必ず必要になりと言うわりに4人で宿泊して2枚のみ ●アニメティは必要最低限はありますが、部屋に水もなく、ウエルカムドリンクもない ●今時なので仕方ないけど喫煙所が1Fのみ ●期待しすぎた朝食でひとり朝から3500円で悪くはないが今一つ ●お部屋も素敵だけど、やはり少し狭いというか入って靴を置くところがなく、ごちゃごちゃでした 全体的に自分自身が期待し過ぎだったのかもしれません。それ以外はチョッと素敵なホテルでした。

施設は新しく清潔感がありました。 朝食のバイキングはコンパクトにまとまっており、絶えず新しい物が補充されスタッフの気遣いもあり満足でした。 大浴場の混雑情報も携帯で確認出来たので露天風呂にもゆっくり浸かる事が出来ました。

2Fにある、フリースペースがよかった。一緒に行った人達とのんびりとすることができた。 いろいろな椅子やハンモックがあったり、心地の良いスペースでした。 また、泊まりたい宿です。

函館星野集團omo5飯店，早餐場所明亮寬敞漂亮，自助早餐有海鮮丼飯,海鮮拉麵,白酒,北海道鮮奶還有琥珀色的溫泉泡湯，休閒區很寬敞舒適，免費旅遊接駁車到附近大多數的景點，價位便宜可以給5顆星星，讚。

スタッフの皆さん　笑顔で元気が良くとても楽しい母との旅行でした。 朝食も美味しく８０歳過ぎの海鮮好きの母には最高でした。私よりたくさん食べていましたw お部屋はちょっと狭めでしたが2階のOMO BASEでゆっくりゆったり出来ました。 夕食も近くにたくさんあり観光ありと思い出に残る楽しい旅でした。 ありがとうございました。

夫婦の旅行で使用しました。 函館駅からも程近く、２０２４年７月にできたということもありとても新しくきれいなホテルでした。 レンタカーを借りていたので利用はしませんでしたが主要観光地に無料のバスで行けるというも魅力的でした。 何より一番感動したのは朝食バイキングです。いろいろなホテルに泊まりましたがこの価格帯のホテルの中では過去1番にたのしく、海鮮好きの私にとっては最高の朝食バイキングでした。 サウナも普通のものとミストサウナと両方ありとても良かったです。 函館に来た際にはまた利用したいです。

服務員非常專業早餐時不小心跌下筷子在地上，我拾起用消毒紙巾抹乾淨，這時收拾餐桌服務員已經走到我面前，雙手給我一雙乾淨筷子，我即時感到服務非常貼心，我對她的專業服務非常欣賞，值得讚揚。酒店房間浴室去水慢，好像阻塞的情況，整體酒店環境不錯👍
