Love the location/good breakfast Workmen busy outside our only window ( dirty of course) so we had to keep curtains closed. Should have been given a different room due to construction!! Didn’t realize we had to call housekeeping to get pull-out bedsheets.

If you don’t mind walking up the hill from the waterfront area, this hotel beats the downtown options. The roof deck was closed for repairs, but it looked like a great spot for photos or sky watching.

I've stayed in numerous hotels in the area and consider this one to be among the best value. This hotel was less than half the price of where I stayed my previous visit and while not as modern, it was certainly better than expected for the price point. The room doors should probably be replaced with something more efficient at blocking out hallway noise though. On my last night a group were having a party in the room down the hall but always people coming and going talking loudly in the hall which disturbed my evening.
