Overall a good stay, however my first night I needed to request new bedsheets as the ones in my room did not appear clean and my shower was clogged and not draining. They did provide me new sheets fairly quickly and got the shower fixed the next day, but it’s not a good first impression after a long day. Otherwise staff was nice and my stay was pleasant enough, good breakfast. Pool is okay. Only 4 feet so hard to swim.

The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. Gave us a room upgrade with an amazing view. The neighborhood was safe and while a bit of a walk, was close to the boardwalk. We had an issue with our room key and the staff was very efficient in resolving the problem. Breakfast beat expectations-delicious!!

The hotel and all of its amenities were beautiful, we couldn't have asked for anything better. Particularly liked the Peloton bikes in the gym, the great breakfast, and the basic, clean kitchen in the suite. We are not a fan of the open-bathrooms that are the current trend (not just here, in many hotels). Also future visitors may want to note that this property is at the top of a hill, a slightly challenging walk from the waterfront.

I liked the kitchen and amenities that came with it - very handy for traveling with kids! Kids enjoyed the pool. Only thing that I would say can be improved is if they could add two more kitchen chairs - only having two chairs with a family of four staying in the room was a bit of a challenge.

Great large suites, close to citadel hill and the waterfront, breakfast buffet included, very nice harbour views from our rooms. We had a little problem with a delayed checkin, but nothing major and the hotel offered us complimentary snacks and drinks from the small shop to make up for it.
