The room looked great, but there was stains on the bench, that could have been cleaned. Ordering room service for supper, received the plates, no table, no towels and without ustensils. We called the room service, had to wait 15 minutes to received the ustencils and it was plastics. For a 5 stars hotel we thought that we would at least received real ustencils, no apologies from the staff and they did not propose anything to satisfied us with this problem. We will think twice next time to go to this hotel.
