Historic hotel, with clean, nice, modernized rooms. Some rooms have heated floors in the bathrooms. Delicious breakfast buffet and dinner options. Very helpful staff, I have no complaints.

Terrible Customer Service and Clarity
I'd booked this hotel for a short stay because of the seemingly attractive spa facilities. A few days after booking I realised (through Google reviews and not the Best Western/Hotels.com info) that the spa facilities were not included in the hotel price and were an add-on. This then made the hotel less attractive from a value perspective. I then decided to go with another hotel as a result. I then had an issue cancelling the booking (I didn't even check-in!) and contacted Hotels.com to try and resolve and get my money back. Hotels.com were very helpful in attempting to resolve the issue for me and after a few days came back with the following message: "I would like to inform you that we contacted Best Western Plus Grand Hotel for the waiver on cancellation and unfortunately, they decided to follow the terms and conditions of the booking and not issue a refund." I consider this terrible customer service (both the lack of transparency behind advertising the spa facilities and lack of understanding towards customers). I will be back in the area in the future but will never book in with any Best Western Hotel and advise others to do the same. Much better to go with Profils Hotel around the corner, the team there were very friendly and accommodating and they are just about finishing off building their leisure facilities and skybar.

Vi har nydt 3 overnatninger på dette dejlige smukke sted i et dejligt og roligt værelse, og en lækker morgenbuffet. Vi anbefaler varmt, og kommer selv gerne igen. Et godt udgangspunkt for et besøg i fx. smukke Gøteborg, maritime Båstad Riveria’en, hyggelige Torekov med bådudflugt til chamerende Väderö ❤️
