The location was great as it's near the central train station.Lots of dining options and places to go to in the area. Very hustle and bustle area on the streets nearby with lots of people around. The lift has no key card and i worry about security as it's so central and in the city and anybody could just come up to the floors.

Nice place to stay in a great location. There are a lot of places to explore near by. Awesome restaurants very close to this place. Room was amazing, clean and comfortable. Welcoming staff.

The area around the hotel feels unsafe. Homeless lying on sidewalks. Streets very dirty. The hotel is outdated. Our hotel room had a piece of carpet missing and a hole in the floor. Hair on the bedding. No airconditioning. Stains everywhere on carpets in hallways and room. Not good!

Good for the money
Overall, it was a good stay. We didn’t expect much for the price, but it was comfortable and clean. However, I wouldn’t recommend staying here in hot weather. The hotel is centrally located, but it can be noisy with people partying all night. The receptionist was polite when we arrived, but not the most helpful. The morning receptionist, on the other hand, was very helpful. We loved the late check-out at 12:00, which is much later than the usual 10:00. Parking spaces are very tight, though.

Eight min walk from the main train station. There are decent restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The gross part I can remember was the towels were replaced with blood stains ones! Yuck Special thanks goes to front desk staffer LETIZIA. She was very friendly and helpful with nearby restaurant choices. Alla prossima Letizia!

１泊の観光で使用しました。中央駅から歩いて数分の便利なところにあります。周辺の治安を気にする情報がありましたが、（翌日早朝に駅に向かう際に、少し気になりましたが）特に問題はありません。 部屋はシンプルで、冷蔵庫もありました。ポットはありません。朝食はあまり選択肢はありませんが、これでこのコストパフォーマンスは十分です。 WIFIも全く問題無し。

Very out of date decor in the room. Mzmy single room was ok but very basic and not nice as such. Breakfast also very basic. If i wouldnt eat egg as a vegetarian and cheese i could have only had jam.. My pillow was lumpy. When exchanged the one i was given turned out to be another blanket.

Charming old hotel
This is an old hotel, but the standard of cleanliness, maintenance and service is equal to a five star hotel. My room was small and a view to a parking lot. Super easy to park in the hotel's private parking area for a reasonable amount per day. The neighbouring area is a bit dodgy as is the case in most big cities if you are located close to the main railway station. But I never felt unsafe. Great price and great hotel. Would definitely want to stay here again.

Unpleasant on every level
I was shocked to be given a TINY, prison-style single room on the street level; the furnishings were literally from the 80s and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. I was really disappointed because the room didn't look at all like the picture I saw on hotels.com. And my booking said "twin" bed so I assumed there would be two beds in the room. When I raised this issue, the senior reception adopted a hostile attitude. She refused to allow me to cancel the reservation so I could find a different (better) hotel. Even after Hotels.com got involved, calling the hotel to plead on my behalf, the management were completely resolute in their refusal to do anything. This isn't a hotel that cares about it guests. All they care about is ripping you off. A deeply unplesant experience. Don't stay here!
