Convenient, comfortable but
Lovely room, bed comfortable, bathroom functional but dated. Convenient to help settle my daughter into her new apartment locally in Heimfeld. A little annoyed that the room was not cleaned after 2 days as listed on the room information - I was staying for 4 nights - I questioned this with reception who shrugged and said the cleaners had probably forgotten to do it! It wasn't cleaned the next day either!

Excellent accueil. Le réceptionniste était très sympa, il nous a bien conseillé pour des lieux à visiter. L’hôtel est calme, facile d’accès et bien entretenu. En phase de rafraichissement de la déco. On recommande !

Hôtel agréable
Toujours un plaisir de revenir à Kleines Hotel Heimfeld. Le personnel est amical et accueillant et l'environnement est paisible. Il suffit de demander de l'aide pour le moindre problème et le personnel fait son maximum.

Zu kalte Zimmer
Die erste Nacht war das Zimmer viel zu kalt und heizte nur sehr langsam auf. Es waren nur Sommerdecken verfügbar. Das Frühstück war halbwegs ok aber wenig Auswahl. Der Rezeption gefiel es nicht, dass unser Sohn herumrannte. Familienfreundlichkwit sieht anders aus. Die Große des Zimmers war sehr gut und die Betten bequem.
